RATIFICATION OF MINERAL TCA
On 29 December 2007, the SADR President HE Mohamed Abdelaziz, ratified the exclusive mineral resource reconnaissance Technical Cooperation Agreement (TCA) signed between the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) and Excalibur Exploration in London in March this year.
Under the terms of the TCA Excalibur have committed to a 4year work program to investigate the mineral resource potential of the SADR. Completion of the agreement will earn the company certain mineral prospecting rights within the SADR as detailed in the agreement. It was noted that Excalibur Exploration Limited had transfered all rights and committments of the TCA to Excalibur Resources Group Limited.
