STATEMENT ON OIL AND GAS LICENCING INITIATIVE

Emhamed Khadad, Advisor to the President of the SADR, Coordinator with MINURSO and member of the Polisario National Secretariat made the following statement in London to inviteed attendees from the petroleum industry and media regarding the recently announced Western Sahara Oil and Gas Licencing Initiative.
